         Technieken - combustion wire spraying

Combustion Wire Spraying is a technique where a material, in the form of a wire, is fed into a oxygen/gas flame of about 3,000 degrees Celcius. Compressed air is then used to atomize the molten metal and accelerate the particles onto the substrate where it forms a protective coating.
